We have been in the real estate home construction and rental business for over 35 years, and our experience and pride show in everything we do.
Our vision began with our founder over 35 years ago, and though he is no longer with us, his values and spirit continue to shine on through our services and the pride we take in the quality of our work. Each custom build or beautiful renovation is a labor of love – a reminder of what our founder started over a generation ago – and each family served honors his memory.
Our founder’s focus was always on making connections with people one-by-one and building long-standing, honest, and sincere relationships. He was known for having a singular focus and treating people with respect, professionalism, honesty, integrity, value, and always staying true to his principles.

Our Story
Serving Collin County for
over a quarter century
Roma Pacific began humbly with just one rental home in Plano, TX, in 1984. However, we quickly grew until we held an extensive portfolio of single-family homes for lease across all of Collin County. We believe our values, our exceptional service, our attention to detail, and following the principle of “the golden rule” are the driving forces to our success.
In 2006, we expanded beyond the leasing industry with the addition of our new home construction business. Through our focus on providing expert home construction, leasing, property management, and custom renovation services, we plan to continue serving our community for many years to come!
Both businesses, Roma Pacific and Jenerette Development, are built on the pillars of treating every client with honesty, respect, and transparency.

Our leadership team brings over 70 years of collective experience in the real estate development, home design and construction, financial, project management, and property management fields.
